The party first met at the Yawning Portal, where they formed their group before heading to the Adventurers' Guild to sign up. They received their initial Wood rank. The Guildmaster gave them the orientation and directed them toward the Vice Guild Master for any questions about rank advancement.

A training spar against Kael Riven also took place around this time — the party's first combat benchmark.

The party uses the Yawning Portal's inn as their base between quests.
